  • focus on your goals,
  • work through the stages required to achieve those goals and
  • negotiate the road blocks that can get in the way

Coaching is useful for:

  • Concentrating on a particular area or project that you’re not sure how to proceed with
  • Working through the difficulties of a situation and finding new strategies to help achieve the objective
  • While it may touch on what has happened in the past, coaching is about what is happening in the here and now and what you’re aiming for in the future.
